Online Psychotherapist Yuliia Fedoseieva — Your Family Psychologist and Gestalt Therapist

An online psychologist is an opportunity to receive professional psychological support from anywhere in the world. Yuliia Fedoseieva is a family psychologist, Gestalt therapist, and psychoanalyst who offers online psychotherapy for those in need of family counseling, those experiencing life crises, relationship difficulties, or internal discomfort.

Yuliia holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and has over five years of individual therapy experience. She came to psychotherapy through her own identity crisis — a journey that became the beginning of deep personal transformation. Today, she helps others find inner stability, break free from recurring patterns, and build healthy relationships with themselves and their loved ones.

Miscommunication between partners, children, and parents
Challenges in parenting teens
Crises after the birth of a child
Intrusive relatives, boundary issues

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) About Online Therapy

How do I know if I need psychological help?

If you feel that “something’s wrong,” experience persistent anxiety, fatigue, or struggle to cope on your own — that’s a clear sign to reach out to a psychologist.

When should I see a psychotherapist instead of a psychologist?

Psychotherapists work at a deeper level — addressing internal conflicts, trauma, and recurring life patterns. If your goal is to transform your inner landscape rather than just resolve a surface issue, therapy is the right choice.

What is a "therapy request"?

A request is a description of the issue you’re bringing to therapy. Even if you can’t clearly define it at first — your therapist will help you clarify it. It might be a feeling of emptiness, difficulties in relationships, apathy, or anxiety.

How long does therapy take?

If you're dealing with a specific issue (e.g., a breakup or crisis), a few sessions or months may be enough. For deeper issues — low self-esteem, repeating relationship patterns, childhood trauma — therapy can last for years.
